Payment and Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy
- No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 21 days before confirmed arrival date.
- Any cancellations made in the time frame between 20 days before arrival, will be subject to a charge equal to 50 % of the total cost of reserved stay. Τhe deposit is not refunded.
- Cancellations less than 8 days before arrival and non shows or departure prior to the scheduled date will be result in a charge of 100% of the total cost of the stay. Τhe deposit is not refunded.
Reservation Guarantee Requirements
- Reservations are confirmed only after a payment with 30% of the total cost of the stay.
- The Reservations for stays of 2-3 days definitively confirmed only by paying the entire stay.
- In case of bank transfer it is needed to make the deposit in 5 working days in order the reservation to be confirmed.
Payment Methods
- The advance payment can be sent via bank transfer .
- The rest payment will be at check in.
